Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is between you ("User," "Client," or "Agent") and AgentSpace Inc. ("AgentSpace," "we," "our," or "us"). Your use of the AgentSpace website, CRM, or communication tools constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of Service

AgentSpace provides a digital platform for insurance agencies to manage clients, policies, and communications, including automated SMS reminders and AI-assisted customer support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using AgentSpace immediately.

3. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages regarding your policy, billing, and insurance-related updates.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AgentSpace may also use messages for conversational support or personalized product offers, subject to applicable law and your consent preferences.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your account security. You agree not to share login credentials or impersonate others. AgentSpace is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

5. Data Security and Encryption

All stored data, including personal and policy information, is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected through authentication and logging controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, source code, designs, and trademarks belong to AgentSpace or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without written consent.

7. Limitations of Use

You may not use AgentSpace for:

  • unlawful solicitation or spamming,
  • unauthorized marketing of third-party products, or
  • any action that violates privacy or consumer protection laws.

8. Termination

AgentSpace may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentSpace is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or messaging services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentSpace's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentSpace, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims arising from your use of the services, including misuse of data or unauthorized communications.

11. AI and Automated Services

  • AgentSpace's AI agents assist with reminders, retention, and customer engagement.
  • You acknowledge that responses may be automatically generated based on your data and prior messages.
  • AgentSpace continuously audits AI outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • You agree not to rely solely on AI messaging for critical or time-sensitive information.

12. Privacy

Use of AgentSpace is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully, as it forms part of this Agreement.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be posted at https://useagentspace.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, CA. You waive the right to class actions.
